Because our Mystery Scoops are full of random goodies, we don’t usually accept returns or refunds just because you changed your mind.

But don’t worry - if something arrives damaged, missing, or not as promised, we’ve got your back. Just email us within 2 days at lily@cherryscoops.com with a photo, and we’ll happily replace or refund the item. ✨

All refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to show up.
