Order Processing

All orders are hand-prepared with care and processed within 10–15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During periods of high demand or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Orders that include custom add-ons (such as video recording of the packaging or personalized preparation) may require up to 30 business days to complete before shipment.

Estimated delivery time after processing is 5–8 business days, depending on your location and local carrier performance.

Shipping Delays

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier congestion, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand) may extend shipping time. We appreciate your patience and understanding - we always ensure that every order is delivered.

Lost or Delayed Packages
