Each scoop is a surprise mix of 20+ cute items like charms, stationery, accessories, beauty goodies and more. Think of it as a lucky dip packed with fun and happiness!
2. How many items do I get in each scoop?
- 1 Scoop – 10+ surprises
- 2 Scoops – 20+ surprises
- 3 Scoops – 30+ surprises + 1 Free Gift
- 5 Scoops – 50+ surprises + 1 Free Gift
- 8 Scoops – 80+ surprises + 2 Free Gifts
3. Are the items random or can I choose?
All scoops are random for the surprise factor 💖 We make sure every scoop includes only cute and useful items (no junk!).
4. How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3-7 business days which excludes weekends and holidays. Please remember processing time is separate from shipping time. PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON.

5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide 🌎. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Can I return or exchange my scoop?
Because these are mystery items, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or missing, please email us within 2 days at lily@cherryscoops.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify Payments, so you can safely checkout with all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or go super quick with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 💖
8. Are these scoops safe for kids?
Most items are safe, but some may contain small parts. We recommend reviewing your order if it is a gift for children under 7 years old.
9. Can I get featured on your TikTok/Instagram?
Yes! If you add the Package Video Add-On, we’ll film your order being packed and post it within 15 days. You can also tag us on TikTok or Instagram for a chance to be featured.
10. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes – orders over $95 qualify for free shipping (US only).
11. Will I get duplicates if I order multiple scoops?
We do our best to mix it up! If you order 2 or 3 scoops together, we make sure to add more variety and reduce duplicates.
